We’re often drawn to stories of people in transition. The process of changing from one state or condition to another undoubtedly breeds certain thoughts, feelings, fears, and hopes. This is where we find Saji Abude. After 25 years, Saji has decided to leave his hometown of New York City to head west. Los Angeles to be exact. As his days in NYC become numbered, we find Saji open and willing to engage his past, appreciate his present, and look towards his future. This film is a hyper-intimate look at a moment in Saji’s life. A depiction of a human in transition, courageously presenting his mental landscape, encompassing his contemplations, sentiments, anxieties, and aspirations.
